General Warehouse Worker

About The Role

NextGen Co is looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to support daily operations in our Cincinnati facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity, no prior experience required. We provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Restock inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Assist with labeling, sorting, and organizing products.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support general warehouse tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to work in a hands-on environment.

• Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
