What You'll Do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food prep from open to close
• Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff to meet service demands
• Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and safety standards
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to drive smooth service
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse kitchen team
• Experience managing P&L, ordering, and food cost percentages
