Compensation & Benefits

• $76,000–$86,000 base salary

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of a high-volume café operation
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while building a culture of hospitality
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and execution of brand standards
• Foster strong community relationships and local engagement
• Lead a successful new store opening and establish the location for long-term success
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environment
• Previous drive-thru operations experience (required)
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• New store opening experience is highly preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing people
