- Conduct investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Verify customer identities and authenticate customer information.
- Analyze account activity, orders, and transactions to detect fraud.
- Review and resolve fraud alerts, escalations, and suspicious activities.
- Investigate identity theft and fraudulent order cases.
- Use internal and external tools to assess fraud risk and make recommendations.
- Document findings and maintain accurate case records.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding customer verification and legal actions when required.
- Monitor fraud trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies and procedures.
- Support initiatives to strengthen fraud detection and prevention processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud, Customer Service, Call Center, Risk, or Investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling customer interactions via phone.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Experience working in a Windows-based environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
