Senior Estimator / Change Management
📍 Glendale, KY OR Saline, MI
📋 Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Senior Estimator / Change Management professional to support large-scale construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing estimates throughout all project phases, managing change orders, supporting cost control initiatives, contract administration, and building strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Required Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Estimating experience
• Experience with change order management and cost control
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract administration
• Experience preparing estimates from conceptual design through construction documents
• Ability to review project documents, analyze costs, and provide pricing expertise
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience:
• Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar construction projects
• Quantity surveying and construction cost management
• Subcontractor/vendor management and negotiations
