We are seeking a NOC Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues while providing exceptional customer support. This role is responsible for performing initial triage, break/fix activities, incident tracking, escalation management, and maintaining service levels in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Key Requirements:
• Experience with network troubleshooting, incident management, and ticketing systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network and telecom-related issues
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience in a repair, testing, or technical support environment
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party carriers
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service and/or technical support experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
• NOC, Telecom, Network Support, or Technical Support experience
• Knowledge of SLA management, outage escalation, and network monitoring
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident documentation
