Senior Event Marketing Manager / Event Program Lead
Location: Bellevue, WA preferred (Overland Park, KS also considered)
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite

Overview
Seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance measurement of large-scale corporate events and brand experiences. This role will oversee the full event lifecycle, partnering with internal teams, agency partners, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact events aligned with business and brand objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex event programs, cross-functional stakeholders, agency relationships, executive presentations, and event budgets within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale internal and external events
- Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and production deliverables
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, operations, leadership, and external agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party partners
- Oversee event agencies and external vendors to ensure successful execution
- Develop presentations, event strategies, and recap materials for senior leadership
- Establish KPIs and measure event effectiveness, engagement, and overall success
- Manage event budgets, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Support additional special projects and business initiatives as needed
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, experiential marketing programs, or executive-level events
- Proven background delivering high-visibility events that support brand growth and business objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agency partners
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting to executive leadership preferred
Additional Details
- Hybrid onsite schedule required
- Approximately 20% travel may be required
- Standard 40-hour work week
