🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact corporate events that support brand, marketing, and business objectives within a leading telecom environment.

This role owns the full lifecycle of events, from strategy and creative planning to execution, measurement, and post-event reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external agencies to deliver best-in-class event experiences.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major corporate events, conferences, and brand activations
• Develop event strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Manage relationships with internal teams, executives, and external event agencies/vendors
• Oversee event budgets, timelines, and execution quality
• Define and track KPIs to measure event success and ROI
• Present event strategies and performance updates to senior leadership
• Ensure seamless coordination across marketing, communications, and business teams
• Manage multiple concurrent events in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Required Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
• Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate or brand events
• Strong background in end-to-end event execution (strategy to delivery)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Vendor and event agency management experience
• Strong budgeting, planning, and KPI tracking skills
• Experience in onsite, hybrid, and/or virtual events

🔹 Preferred Experience

• Telecom, SaaS, or enterprise technology industry experience
• Large-scale conferences, summits, trade shows, or product launches
• Field marketing or experiential marketing background
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills
