Job Title: Global Support Coordinator

Location: Memphis, TN (Local Candidates Only)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Overview:

An international nonprofit organization is seeking a bilingual Global Foundation Support Contractor to assist with relationship management and program coordination across Latin America. This role requires fluency in both English and business-level Spanish, with Portuguese proficiency preferred. The ideal candidate will support communications, data entry, translation, and internal operations for regional foundation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communications with assigned foundation partners, including calls, updates, and new initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including revenue tracking, account details, and education opportunities.
• Provide programmatic support and language assistance for workshops and training sessions.
• Translate documents and offer real-time verbal translation during meetings and events.
• Draft reports and assist in strategic planning with regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate coaching sessions with internal and external subject matter experts.
• Support the overall operations and planning needs of the global team.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and business Spanish (required).
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Cultural awareness of Latin American regions and communication styles.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative, nonprofit, or international program support role.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Additional Requirements:

• Local candidates only; must be available to work on-site in Memphis, TN.
• Experience in note-taking, data entry, and supporting regional leaders.
