serve as the Government Logistics Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) for programs like sUMS (small Uncrewed Multidomain Systems); responsible for the effectiveness of the integrated products and any support materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Excellent oral communication skills and writing at an executive level.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Acquisition Program Managers in all aspects of the program's product support strategy including cataloging, inventory management, operational logistics, and demilitarization/disposal.
- Develop acquisition documentation to include material fielding plans, life cycle sustainment plans, integrated logistics support plans, illustrated parts breakdowns, and item unique identification implementation plans.
- Assist in the development of acquisition documentation to include simplified acquisition management plans, initial capability documents, capability development documents, and capability production documents.
- Assist in the development of data requirements, requests for proposals (RFPs), standards, and other logistics portions of contractual documents.
- Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans; develop and execute logistics support policy, processes, and methodologies to the general benefit of all mission units.
- Develop and implement inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred.
- Coordinate and perform property accountability functions and property management functions following all government regulations and instructions and industry best practices.
- Establish and manage program-level Defense Property Accountability System(s) (DPAS) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property, excess property, maintenance, and repair property support.
- Serve as the direct liaison between the Acquisition Program Manager(s) and the Life Cycle Sustainment Manager within the SOF Support Activity (SOFSA) to include implementing the SOF Sustainment, Asset Visibility and Information Exchange (SSAVIE) that provides maintenance and repair support.
- Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.
- Act as the liaison and facilitator for end-to-end shipment processes.
- Coordinate all aspects of shipments resulting from systems integration and system upgrade activities.
- Perform supportability analyses to include determining manpower requirements, evaluating human/system interfaces, influencing system design to optimize life cycle sustainment strategy, determining supply support, interpreting facility requirements, determining packaging requirements to meet transportation/handling demands, identifying peculiar and common support equipment needs, and evaluating technical data acquisition strategy to support lifecycle sustainment needs.
- Participate in discussions, briefs, and stakeholder engagements as the technical subject matter expert for logistics.
- Meet all contractual timelines as prescribed by the customer.
- Must have active security clearance with the US Government; eligibility to TS/SCI.
- US Citizenship required
- Associates degree preferred; professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 3 years of demonstrated Acquisition Logistics experience, including 1 year supporting Special Operations Forces.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), Life Cycle Logistics Advanced certification or equivalent
- Federal Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Transportation law (49 U.S.C. 5101 et seq.) compliant HAZMAT Transportation certification or equivalent
- Air ( 175.20) and/or Vessel ( 176.13) preferred
