As a Product Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of product enhancements that strengthen customer experience, drive revenue, and streamline internal operations. • Identify underutilized features and create communication strategies that improve adoption.
• Maintain close communication with engineering to ensure production matches specifications.
• Analyze usage data to identify patterns, evaluate outcomes, and inform future prioritization.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a quantitative field (math, engineering, computer science preferred).
• 5 years of experience in technical, problem-solving-focused roles such as product management, engineering, or consulting.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to tackle difficult challenges.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong ability to start complex projects from scratch and structure them effectively.
• Excellent design instincts and process intuition.
• Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Strong writing and communication abilities, especially around naming, clarity, and documentation.
• Comfortable conducting research and breaking down complex problems.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys using numbers and logic.

Pay Range:

$120,000 - $170,000 annually, 20% bonus equity
