Investment Management | Multifamily Real Estate
We are partnering with a privately held investment firm in Chicago that is adding a Business Strategy Analyst to its investments team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations and plays a meaningful role in helping senior leadership understand how the business is performing and where it is headed.
This is a hands on, business facing position with direct exposure to senior decision makers and real ownership over analysis and reporting across a growing multifamily real estate platform.
What you’ll do
- Analyze portfolio performance across a multifamily real estate platform
- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards
- Prepare reporting and insights for senior leadership and investment committees
- Partner closely with investment, asset management, and operating teams
- Support ad hoc strategic analysis to inform capital allocation and key business decisions
What they’re looking for
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment analysis, or strategy
- Exposure to real estate, investments, or operating businesses strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfort working cross functionally and presenting to senior leadership
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
