About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will sit at the intersection of strategy and business analytics, supporting the organization with a focus on delivering performance across the client lifecycle. Acting as an internal strategy and business analytics group, this role will partner directly with the Executive Team to lead high-impact initiatives. From uncovering insights to driving execution, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities to improve origination outcomes, credit performance, and the overall lending strategy. We are looking for someone who brings strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for operational excellence. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual discretionary bonus. These rewards are allocated based on level, impact and performance in the roleThe compensation range is based on the level outlined in the job posting, and compensation decisions are dependent on each applicant's experience, skills and abilities.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
