Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policies
- Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel management
- Benefits Administration Support
- Support administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insurance
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefits
- HR Data & System Management
- Maintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systems
- Support HR system operations and data accuracy
- Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation)
- Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees
- General Affairs & Office Administration
- Manage corporate card usage and expense processing
- Support office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Administrative Support
- Provide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of HR operations and processes
- Experience with SAP, ADP Payroll, or similar ERP/payroll systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
