We are an HR Software company in Walnut Creek that specializes in human resources services and advising for privately-owned healthcare practices. We are seeking go-getters who will hit the ground running as we expand our team and grow our client base.
We are looking for a candidate who has the perfect combination of human resources experience and customer service expertise. You will need to be a fast learner, skilled researcher, and an expert communicator on the phone. You should be interested in the prospect of being on the ground floor of an emerging company with great potential for success.
Duties:
- This is a customer support and client facing position with high call volume.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client communications in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Respond to a large number of client inquiries daily with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary software to effectively train and support clients throughout their ongoing use.
- Ensure employer compliance with federal and state regulations concerning human resources
- Advise employers on best practices in regards to HR related topics such as: wage and hour issues, hiring, on-boarding processes, terminations, leaves of absences, employee disciplinary strategies, etc.
- Research HR policies and employment law
- Summarize new laws and prepare announcements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in writing employee handbooks and job descriptions to best fit their Practice

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least 1 year of Human Resources Experience OR completed recent coursework, certification, or a degree in Human Resources
Desired Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Nice to have:
- SHRM or PHR certification (NOT required)
- Willingness to participate in educational/marketing webinars and/or media posts.
Expected Scheduled Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm PST
Salary : $23 - $25
