Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MIS Developer to join our team in Covington, GA. This role focuses on the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Management Information Systems, specifically focusing on Java-based applications and complex API interfaces. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across our enterprise systems, bridging the gap between various platforms through robust interface development and database management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based MIS applications to support business operations and data management.
- Lead the development and implementation of API interfaces to ensure seamless integration between internal and external systems.
- Manage and optimize database structures, ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility for various business units.
- Collaborate with the Siemens Teamcenter team to develop and customize PLM solutions that align with manufacturing and engineering requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements and new feature development.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades to maintain high availability and performance of MIS platforms.
- Document technical processes, API specifications, and database schemas to ensure operational transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and improve automated data workflows.
Qualification
- Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Java-based applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in API development (RESTful, SOAP) and system interface integration.
- Solid understanding of General Database structures and proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and schema management.
- Korean-English bilingual proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex system architectures.
- Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
