What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Account Manager position at NEXHR?
NexHR are delighted to share a new opportunity we have for a Technical Sales Account Manager who will based from a number of key customer sites located in the Reading, PA area.
The client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their customers globally in the pulp and paper, leather, and water treatment sectors to help boost productivity, reduce risk, improve product quality, and provide a measurable return on
investment.
The role is focused primarily on growing sales in this territory (working with surrounding mills) and supporting existing business and customers. This position is critical to supporting the customer base of the region while actively focused on providing value to the customer and increase profits in the territory.
The role will involve hands on day to day problem solving, troubleshooting and repair of the client equipment. Whilst also making recommendations on usage of equipment and chemicals to help improve their customers production or manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology Degree preferred
0-5 years related experience and/or training
Specific training in pulp/paper science or packaging desired
Demonstrated understanding of business/finance terminology desirable
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
