- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong industry connections to expand your territory and influence.
- Experience: 5 years selling to leadership in manufacturing and/or IT within life sciences organizations.
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in marketing industrial hardware, software, and services for life sciences.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with process control technologies such as:
- Emerson DeltaV DCS
- Emerson Syncade MES
- AspenTech
- PLCs, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Lakes, Operational Intelligence
- Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Industry 5.0, IIoT
- Operational Insight: Prior operations or engineering experience in life sciences manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills for technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
