Title- Project Manager
Location- Reading, PA, Local only, 3 days/wk. in client office
Looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of software engineering initiatives. The role requires strong project management expertise, the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management for software engineering initiatives, from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status updates.
• Track progress, report project health to leadership, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support Agile delivery models, promoting best practices across teams.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years of project management experience managing software development projects.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred.
