Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Accurately document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in quality logs and systems
• Support production teams by identifying quality issues and escalating concerns promptly to leadership or QA management
• Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company quality policies
• Conduct basic testing, sampling, and measurements using standard QA tools and equipment
• Assist with investigations related to non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
• Work flexible and non-traditional hours, including overnight and weekend shifts, to support production needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or regulated manufacturing environment required
• Basic understanding of GMPs, quality procedures, and inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Comfortable working independently during off-shift hours with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and data entry
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexible availability to work a rotating, non-traditional schedule including weekends

Pay

$17.00 – $18.00 Per Hour
