Production Line Worker | Ogden, UT
Nexeo Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Production Workers in Ogden, Utah. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, packaging, or warehouse work. You’ll operate production equipment, inspect finished products, and help keep the production line running safely and efficiently. Multiple shifts are available, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Assemble, package, and process products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Monitor the production line and report equipment or safety concerns
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily production, quality, and performance goals
- Complete repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other production team members
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8–12-hour shift
- Must be available for mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Pay
$19.50-$21.06 per hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:00PM
Swing Shift | Monday–Friday | 1:45 PM–10:00 PM
Graveyard Shift | Sunday night–Friday morning | 9:45 PM–6:00 AM
Must be available for mandatory weekend overtime
