Production Associate – Food Manufacturing | Tremonton, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates for a leading food manufacturing facility in Tremonton, UT. This hands-on role supports production and sanitation operations in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts while contributing to the production of high-quality food products. This opportunity offers long-term stability, built-in overtime, and on-the-job training including equipment operation and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

•    Support end-of-line production tasks such as packing, folding cartons/totes, and rework

•    Perform general sanitation in production and GMP areas

•    Follow all SOPs, safety, food safety, and quality standards

•    Operate or assist with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scan guns, and lifts

•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

•    Lift, move, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

•    Assist with non-automated or special packaging processes

•    Complete required training and follow written and verbal instructions

•    Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Qualifications

•    Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID

•    Must pass a 7-panel drug test

•    Must pass a national background check (no felonies or theft/violence-related charges within 7 years)

•    Must complete a work screen prior to start

•    Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts

•    Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

•    High school diploma or GED required (education verification form required)

•    Comfortable working in hot, humid, or production environments

•    Basic math and computer skills

•    Strong communication and teamwork skills

•    Ability to follow direction and complete tasks under supervision

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

12-hour night shift: 4:15 PM – 4:30 AM

2-2-3 rotation (every other weekend off)

Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on

Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

36/48-hour alternating workweek with built-in overtime
