Production Associate | Logan, UT
We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing critical automotive safety components. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, take pride in quality workmanship, and are committed to workplace safety. Associates will operate production equipment, inspect products for quality, and support production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks.
- Rotate between production areas as needed to support operational requirements.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects promptly.
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Manufacturing environment with moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- May be exposed to flammable materials, fumes, and airborne particles.
- Fast-paced setting requiring consistent attention to safety and quality.
Pay
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time
Day Shift: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
Swing Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM
Graveyard Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM
