Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility
- Operate tugger equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods
- Load and unload trucks, racks, and production lines while ensuring proper stacking and secure handling
- Deliver materials accurately and on schedule to support production demands
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company procedures
- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure product quality and prevent damage
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and production staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- 2 years of forklift or material handling experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay
$19.50–$22.52 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday
Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Swing Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Graveyard Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Overtime may be required
