Forklift Operator | Ogden, UT
Nexeo HR is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a leading food manufacturing company in Ogden, UT. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with consistent daytime hours.
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
- Receive and stock raw materials and finished goods
- Move product throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation at all times
- Follow all safety, quality, and food handling standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and material handling procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
