Responsibilities
• Process employee applications and complete required new hire paperwork, including Employment Applications, Form I-9, Form W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, and client onboarding documents.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records, generate reports, and complete employee onboarding.
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, recruiting software, text messaging platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certification verification.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive recruiting and talent sourcing efforts.
• Network and develop relationships within the community to attract top talent.
• Create accurate and compliant job descriptions.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assist candidates with resume preparation when needed.
• Write detailed candidate submittal summaries highlighting qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide interview coaching when appropriate.
• Present job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary.
• Support payroll processes by collecting, reconciling, and distributing employee hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruiting and branch operations.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, in-house recruiting, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, think critically, and make informed hiring recommendations based on client needs.
Pay
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
