Position Summary
The Regional Planning Coordinator - OSC is responsible for
investigating and optimizing operational movements within automated warehouse
environments. This role will identify inefficiencies related to planning,
scheduling, and dock flow processes. The Planning Coordinator will support
multiple sites across North America, ensuring coverage for shift needs and
executing daily planning tasks as assigned by various locations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze
automated warehouse movements to identify operational bottlenecks and
recommend process improvements.
Review
planning and scheduling workflows to spot inefficiencies and propose
actionable solutions.
Monitor
and evaluate dock flow to ensure optimal throughput and minimize delays.
Collaborate
with site management teams across North America to provide shift coverage
and support workforce planning.
Execute
daily planning tasks as assigned for various North American sites,
maintaining high accuracy and timeliness.
Develop
and maintain documentation of findings, proposed changes, and implemented
solutions.
Communicate
regularly with onsite and remote teams to coordinate planning efforts and
share best practices.
Utilize
data analytics tools and warehouse management systems to monitor
performance and track improvement initiatives.
