Job Description:
Functional Domain Expertise
- Perform comprehensive functional testingacross SCF and Banking applications
- Act as the SME for Supply Chain Finance covering products such as
- Vendor Finance
- Dealer Finance
- Invoice Discounting
- PayablesReceivables
Financing
- Provide domain guidance to developers testers and business stakeholders
- Address offshore and onsite business queries and provide accurate clarifications
- Address offshore queries and provide accurate timely domain solutions to clients
- Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
Agile Practices Collaboration
- Participate actively in Agile ceremoniessuch as Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Demos and Retrospectives
- Conduct or attend walkthrough sessions with developers BAs and business stakeholders to understand new or updated story requirements
- Gather storyspecific queries each sprint and ensure closure by coordinating with the Product Owner Scrum Master or Team Lead
Test Management Quality Assurance
- Estimate effort for test deliverables in each sprint
- Perform requirements analysis test design execution and defect lifecycle management
- Track daytoday testing activities risks and dependencies and resolving blockers
- Review test cases created by team members to ensure adequate coverage
- Perform defect logging tracking retesting and closure using JIRA or equivalent tools
Continuous Improvement
- Stay proactive in learning new tools processes and domain advancements
- Identify and highlight gaps issues or process improvements within the testing lifecycle
- Provide suggestions for improving SCF workflows controls and testing processes
- Highlight potential issues risks and blockers early in the sprint
- Stay updated with SCF domain trends and technology enhancements
Required Skills
- Strong handson experience in Functional Testing
- Mandatory domain knowledge of Banking and Supply Chain Finance applications
- Experience in client interactionand requirement clarification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies JIRA and QC
- Good to have Experience with Accessibility Testing
