• Experience: 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Rack & Stack of servers, network devices, and storage equipment
• Fiber and Ethernet cabling, cable management, and connectivity validation
• Server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement
• Remote Hands support for network and system administrators
• Firmware upgrades, hardware deployments, and decommissioning
• Inventory, asset tracking, and RMA management
• ServiceNow ticket handling and incident support
Required Skills:
• Data Center Operations
• Server Hardware Support
• Rack & Stack
• Fiber/Ethernet Cabling
• Networking Fundamentals (IP, Switching, Patching)
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• SSH, PuTTY, and Console Access Tools
