The Office Culture Manager is the steward of our workplace experience and internal culture. This role ensures the office operates smoothly, employees feel supported, and the environment is inspiring, productive, and reflective of who we are as a team.
As the company continues to grow within Publicis, this role will also provide light administrative and systems coordination support β helping ensure transitions, tools, onboarding, and internal processes are clear, seamless, and well supported for employees.
This is a high-trust, service-oriented role that sits at the center of how the team experiences the business day to day.
1. Office Operations Workplace Experience
- Serve as the daily steward of the Portland office, ensuring the space is open, prepared, and fully operational during core business hours
- Own the day-to-day functioning of the office, maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and presentation of the space
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the team
- Manage vendor relationships, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and security
- Oversee office budget, supplies, and purchasing
- Manage building access, security protocols, and emergency preparedness to support a safe and secure environment
- Lead future office improvements, relocations, or workspace updates as needed in partnership with Publicis Real Estate
2. Culture Team Experience
- Partner with leadership to intentionally support and evolve company culture as the organization scales
- Serve as a champion of the team experience, bringing energy and thoughtfulness to the workplace environment
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, celebrations, and internal gatherings
- Ensure a welcoming, thoughtful, and seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Reinforce connection and engagement within a hybrid work environment
- Act as a connector across teams, helping maintain clarity, communication, and cohesion
3. Administrative Systems Support
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership (CCO, President, VP Operations), including proactive calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and follow-ups as needed
- Support team travel coordination and freelancer bookings
- Serve as the internal coordination point for IT transitions and system updates, partnering with Publicis IT and external vendors to proactively track issues and ensure follow-through
- Support vendor onboarding and expense reconciliation in partnership with Operations
- Help create and communicate clarity around evolving processes and ways of working as the company scales
