Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Scintilla Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) customer by developing and managing analytics dashboards that provide leadership with a unified view of shipment, consumption, inventory, and supply chain performance KPIs. The role will focus on enabling business visibility, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-based decision-making across the supply chain ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Scintilla analytics/Reporting solutions.
- Experience in the CPG Industry, preferably in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, or inventory analytics.
- Strong understanding of:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Shipment and distribution operations
- Supply chain KPI reporting
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Hands-on experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder communication and business engagement capabilities.
- Ability to present complex analytical insights in a clear and business-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional and technical SME for the Scintilla analytics platform within the CPG business environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards for:
- Shipment and order fulfilment performance
- Consumption and sales trends
- Inventory visibility and stock health
- Demand vs. supply analytics
- OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
- Forecast accuracy and replenishment metrics
- Provide leadership teams with consolidated KPI reporting and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, demand planning, warehouse, logistics, and customer operations teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Integrate and harmonize data from SAP, planning, warehouse, logistics, and customer systems into unified dashboards.
- Monitor data quality, perform validation checks, and resolve reporting inconsistencies.
- Conduct trend analysis and identify opportunities for inventory optimization, service improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Support business reviews by preparing analytical insights, executive summaries, and KPI presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting automation, dashboard usability, and data governance.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and system support.
