Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical initiatives within an Enterprise Cyber Resilience Program, with a strong focus on network segmentation/segregation, Active Directory (AD) transformation, and enterprise networking.
- This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy, and delivering resilient architecture capabilities that reduce enterprise risk and enhance operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber resilience initiatives, including:
- Network segmentation / Zero Trust architecture implementation
- Active Directory hardening, redesign, or segregation
- Infrastructure and identity security enhancements
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams (networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Manufacturing IT, OT/IT integration)
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Business units
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, including:
- Steering Committee reporting
- Executive status updates
- Risk and dependency tracking
- Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear options, trade-offs, and impacts
Cyber Resilience & Technical Delivery
- Translate cyber resilience strategy into actionable project plans and deliverables
- Coordinate implementation of:
- Network segmentation (e.g., microsegmentation, zone-based architectures)
- Identity and access management improvements within Active Directory
- Secure network design aligned with Zero Trust principles
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs
- Implement mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks appropriately
- Ensure strong focus on operational resilience and recovery capabilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Network engineering teams
- Identity & access management teams
- Cybersecurity (SOC, threat detection, governance)
- OT/plant environments
- Ensure alignment across parallel initiatives (e.g., infrastructure modernization, digital transformation programs)
Reporting & Communication
- Deliver executive-ready reporting including dashboards, KPIs, and milestones
- Track and communicate:
- Project progress
- Risk posture improvements
- Business impact and value realization
- Maintain transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains
- Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise IT and cyber resilience initiatives
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of:
- Network architecture and segmentation strategies (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, Zero Trust, microsegmentation)
- Active Directory architecture (domain design, trusts, GPOs, identity security)
- Enterprise infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, hybrid environments)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust)
Project & Program Management:
- Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Strong skills in:
- Planning and scheduling
- Risk management
- Financial tracking and budgeting
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity programs
- Exposure to OT or regulated environments
- Familiarity with GxP environments
- Relevant certifications:
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent
- CISSP, CISM, or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred
Salary : $70 - $80
