Job Location : Philadelphia, PA ( 2 days onsite)

A premier Healthcare and hospital is seeking an IAM Engineer to join their growing IAM team. Working with the IAM manager & Director of IAM, IAM Engineer (with SailPoint experience) will develop infrastructure system(s) and subsystem(s) configurations and identity Access management implementation strategies .The IAM Engineer must have hands-on experience with Active Directory, SSO, LDAP.
A Huge Plus: Familiarity with SailPoint
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years overall IT experience, 3 years of direct experience in IAM, nowledge of SAML, Active Directory, ISAM
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven understanding of multiple IAM services and solutions: LDAP, SAML, Active Directory, iSIM, iTIM, iSAM.
- Familiarity with adaptive/risk-based, and role based authentication and authorization
- Experience with AD Domain User Object Management.
- Experience with AD Domain GPO Management.
- Good understanding of AD and LDAP objects/entries
- General familiarity with IAM practices and procedures, including account provisioning, group management and membership, and password policy concepts and standards.
- Scripting experience such as Basic PowerShell, SQL,.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Devises tactical strategies and procedures for implementing and testing infrastructure software and hardware, so as to maintain system integrity and minimize impact on staff/clients.
- Directs others in the implementation and/or maintenance of infrastructure software and hardware systems; coordinates with vendors and/or other groups as required during the install process.
- Controls and manages the parameters that define the infrastructure software and hardware systems; conceptually orients and tactically guides others who work with that environment.
- Maintains current awareness of new technology and trends; evaluates and recommends strategies and plans to improve performance or service and/or enhance system integrity and reliability.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in a manner consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. degree in a computer science, information technology, computer related discipline
