- Serve as technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID engineering and IAM initiatives
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity, Access, Directory, and Authentication services
- Build integrations, automations, and identity governance solutions across Microsoft and third‑party platforms
- Monitor and maintain IAM/AD availability; provide after‑hours support as needed
- Develop architecture documents, diagrams, workflows, and audit materials
- Partner with Engineering, IT, PMO, and business units on IAM strategy and access models
- Mentor engineers and lead cross‑functional technical discussions
- 5–7 years of IAM engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, and Windows Server
- Strong PowerShell scripting (bonus: .NET, VBScript, Python)
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with third‑party systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Salary: $130,000–$160,000
