Job Opportunity: IAM Engineer
Location: Hybrid Oaks PA
Duration: Contract to hire
Key Responsibility
Lead the upgrade and maintenance of CA SiteMinder, CA Federation, and directory services.
Ensure IAM solutions comply with organizational Information Security policies and standards.
Provide L3/L4 technical support for IAM-related issues.
Configure and integrate applications with CA SiteMinder.
Manage and administer CA Directory/LDAP servers and related tools.
Implement and support authentication and authorization protocols across systems.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of hands-on experience with CA SiteMinder.
Strong experience with Arcot (CA Strong Authentication).
Proficiency in Linux scripting and experience with web servers (Apache HTTP Server/IHS).
Expertise in application configuration within CA SiteMinder.
Strong experience with LDAP/CA Directory administration.
In-depth knowledge of:
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML
Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federated Authentication

Preferred / Secondary Skills
Experience with PingFederate or other Ping Identity solutions.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Apigee, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and web applications (Angular, Java).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications
7 years of overall IT experience.
5 years of specialized experience in Identity Management solutions.
2–3 years of experience in software development or Linux system administration (preferred).
Experience working in matrix organizations with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
