What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership & Sales Strategy: Coach and mentor a team of New Home Sales Associates to meet and exceed community sales goals. Align closely with builder partners on strategic initiatives.
- Training & Development: Provide consistent feedback and hands-on training to ensure each team member achieves their full potential. Lead community-level sessions and participate in corporate leadership development programs.
- Customer Experience: Support your team in guiding buyers through the home buying journey, ensuring an exceptional and consistent experience.
- Market Outreach: Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build relationships with local Realtors to drive traffic and increase exposure.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain model home and community presentation standards and collaborate with builder partners to ensure smooth operations across communities.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Experience: Proven new home sales management experience or time in new home sales is required, including a track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and coach with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite (preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); adaptability with new technology and AI is a plus.
- Education/License: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within three months of hire.
- Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance.
