Job Requirements
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referral sources
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business clients, ensuring long-term relationship retention
- Originate and structure C&I and CRE loans aligned with client needs and bank objectives
- Generate and expand core deposit relationships, including DDA and money market accounts
- Meet or exceed individual production goals for loans, deposits, and fee income
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering customized financial solutions
- Maintain strong credit quality through sound underwriting and risk management practices
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase portfolio profitability
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience
- Execute ongoing portfolio management and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business banking, with a focus on C&I and/or CRE lending
- Strong credit training and underwriting knowledge required
- Demonstrated track record of loan production and portfolio growth
- Experience generating both loans and deposits within a banking environment
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong business development, communication, and analytical skills
- Results-driven with the ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals
