About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Construction to lead and deliver complex construction initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, particularly involving MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across active construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor project management teams, ensuring delivery excellence, accountability, and adherence to timelines
• Oversee all project phases including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and execution
• Manage MEP-focused construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes, safety standards, and design specifications
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive financial performance through budget tracking, cost estimation, and project forecasting
• Handle contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking aligned with organizational standards
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation or recovery strategies
• Ensure alignment of engineering, commissioning, and field operations with project goals
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5 years of project management experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience managing construction projects involving MEP systems and active-site renovations
• Strong expertise in project controls, scheduling, forecasting, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with project management and financial systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or energy-related construction environments
• Strong understanding of safety programs, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management
