About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Training Operations Consultant to support workforce readiness for a global technology client operating in a mission-critical, high-performance environment.
This role is focused on training operations, data management, and system administration, rather than instructional design. You will play a key role in managing training data, learning systems, onboarding logistics, and reporting to ensure operational readiness across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage training data, reporting, and operational metrics at the site level
• Build and maintain dashboards, qualification tracking tools, and training heat maps
• Administer internal learning systems (LMS-equivalent platforms) including access, enrollments, and permissions
• Coordinate rollout of global training programs and ensure local execution
• Support Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) in collaboration with SMEs
• Manage new hire onboarding logistics, timelines, and readiness tracking
• Identify and resolve blockers impacting training completion and workforce readiness
• Troubleshoot system access, scheduling, and training platform issues
• Collect learner feedback and support continuous improvement of training programs
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in Training Operations, L&D Operations, or Training Analytics
• Strong expertise in training data, reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms or learning systems administration
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or operational workforce environments
• Ability to work in a 100% onsite, fast-paced, high-accountability setting
• Strong organizational, analytical, and execution-focused mindset
Preferred Skills
• Experience in large-scale, compliance-driven, or mission-critical environments
• Exposure to data center, infrastructure, manufacturing, or hardware operations
• Experience working with custom or internally developed learning platforms
• Background in consulting or contract-based engagements
• Familiarity with enterprise LMS tools such as Workday, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors
