Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end program execution across the full product lifecycle
• Act as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and business teams
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain execution momentum
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable plans
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a distributed team environment
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on product quality and user experience
• Advocate for the end-user and ensure solutions align with customer needs
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience driving delivery across cross-functional technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience working in technical/product-driven environments (software, engineering, etc.)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• High level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset
Preferred Skills
• Background in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Delivery/Release Management
• Experience in engineering-adjacent roles with strong coordination responsibilities
• Exposure to gaming, interactive products, or fast-paced digital product environments
• Experience working in low-structure, high-growth environments
