About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives within a fast-paced travel industry environment. This role will oversee program planning, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Candidates must have experience managing large Loyalty Program initiatives, ideally within the travel industry. The ideal candidate will also have a strong technical background and proven success coordinating multiple teams and dependencies across complex project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and execution for large-scale initiatives.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Translate program objectives into actionable workstreams and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between project teams and business goals.
- Provide regular status updates and drive issue resolution.
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large Loyalty Program projects or initiatives.
- Strong technical background with experience supporting engineering teams.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and complex dependencies.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams.

- Experience driving programs from planning through execution.
