Position Overview

The Events, Marketing & Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that both sites operate efficiently, events are executed flawlessly, and marketing efforts consistently drive traffic and revenue.
This position combines leadership, creativity, and business management — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
• Oversee the daily operations of both Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale locations.
• Supervise event and support staff to maintain excellence in service and presentation.
• Ensure both sites meet safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage vendor relations, inventory, and site scheduling.
• Coordinate staffing and training with HR and leadership.

Events
• Plan, organize, and execute all internal and external events, including birthday parties, private rentals, and corporate or community events.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, décor, and vendor coordination.
• Develop new event offerings and themed programs to attract guests.
• Oversee the event booking process and ensure client satisfaction.

Marketing
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local partnerships.
• Increase bookings through promotions, outreach, and community partnerships.
• Track analytics to measure engagement, sales, and ROI on campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing design, flyers, and event promotion.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business operations (multi-site experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (travel between sites).

Schedule
• Full-time, salaried position requiring 45–55 hours per week.
• Flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed for events.
• Sundays off unless approved for a major company event.
