We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support our team on a part-time or full time basis. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on administrative and clerical support typical of a medium-sized professional services firm. The position is 5 days per week and is in central New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all core HR functions including employee relations, policies, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administer benefits and support payroll coordination
- Support performance reviews and professional development initiatives
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership and staff
- Perform routine HR and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining personnel records
- Assist with general administrative support related to HR operations
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both strategic and administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of HR process improvement methodologies along with change management practices to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of HR experience (professional services firm experience preferred)
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus
