Role OverviewThe L3 Microsoft Systems Engineer will be responsible for:Designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Microsoft server and Microsoft 365 environmentsDelivering infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security projectsProviding advanced technical support and escalation supportWorking directly with customers to resolve issues, deliver projects, and improve their IT environmentsYou will operate across both project delivery and advanced support, in a fast-paced MSP environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure, Cloud & ProjectsPlan and execute projects including:Server deployments and migrationsExchange / Microsoft 365 migrationsAzure and hybrid infrastructure implementationsDesign, implement, and manage:Disaster Recovery solutions (Datto, Veeam, SaaS backup, BDR)Azure / O365 environmentsCybersecurity best-practice standards across client environmentsAct as Project Lead or Technical Lead on:MSP platform deployments and standardization initiativesMSP Platforms & ToolsImplement and manage MSP platforms including:Support & OperationsProvide L2/L3 escalation support for:Servers, Microsoft 365, networks, endpoints, and security platformsDiagnose and resolve issues via phone, email, and ticketing systemTrack, document, and manage support requests according to SLA and ITIL practicesMonitor ticket queues and escalate SLA risks where requiredMaintain technical documentation and system recordsNetworking & SystemsTroubleshoot and support:LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, connectivity, endpoints, peripheralsDNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email systems and deliverabilityPlan and implement:Patch management, application deployments, service packsParticipate in a rotating after-hours support scheduleRequired Skills & Experience3 years in a progressive technical support / systems engineering role (5 years preferred)Recent hands-on experience (last 12–24 months) with:Server and Microsoft 365 / Exchange migrationsDisaster recovery and backup solutions (Datto, Veeam, etc.)Email security / spam filtering solutionsFirewalls and security platformsStrong experience with:Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AzurePC/laptop deployment, troubleshooting, malware remediationNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)Proven ability to:Design and implement infrastructure solutions (Visio experience a plus)Work across multiple industries (finance, medical, legal, real estate, non-profit, etc.)Manage vendors, negotiate, and source solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in an MSP environmentPreferred QualificationsA , Server , Security , Microsoft certifications (or similar)Cybersecurity certifications highly advantageousAssociates or Bachelors Degree in IT or related fieldStrong experience with:Windows ServerMicrosoft 365AzureNetworking and security infrastructureWhat Youll Get at NetsuritWork with a high-performance global MSP teamExposure to enterprise and mid-market environments across many industriesOpportunity to work on:Cloud, security, automation, and transformation projectsCareer growth in a company focused on innovation, AI, and modern IT servicesA culture that genuinely supports your personal and professional goals

Salary : $111,400 - $152,500
