🧠 The Role: Level 2 Network Engineer
This is a hybrid L2 role for someone who’s:
- Technically sharp
- Hungry to grow
- Passionate about cybersecurity, customer service, and AI innovation
You’ll support clients in the Stamford, CT area, act as an escalation point for L1 issues, and take ownership of more complex problems across networks, systems, and software.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Provide Level 2 support for:
- Desktops & laptops
- Printers & mobile devices
- Networking issues
Microsoft ecosystem support:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Active Directory
- DNS
- Group Policy
Hands-on work:
- Onsite visits for installs, troubleshooting, and project work
- Detailed documentation in ticketing & knowledge base systems
- Escalation to senior engineers when needed
Security-first mindset:
- Apply cybersecurity best practices across all client environments
- Help protect clients from evolving threats
AI & innovation exposure:
- Collaborate on AI-driven solutions
- Help automate processes, uncover insights, and improve client operations
Continuous growth:
- Stay current with new technologies
- Participate in training and certifications
🧰 What You Need (Non-Negotiable)
🎯 Experience & Skills
- 2 years in a help desk or technical support role (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration & support
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
- Familiarity with:
- RMM tools
- Ticketing systems

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
