Title: Warehouse Associate 
Duration: 18 months contract
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: 2 Positions will be on the A shift. 2 positions will be the C shift.Depending the week it will be 2 on 2 off and 3 on or 2 off 2 on 3 off. Shift Timing : 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM 

Position Summary
• Support the order processing function including picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Perform receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse management system (WMS) transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and organization in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
• Support order processing activities including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials.
• Unload trucks, verify quantities received, and enter receipts into WMS.
• Pick and pack customer orders using warehouse computerized management systems.
• Perform warehouse functions including cycle counting and processing material for destruction.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, FDA, DEA).
• Perform general cleaning of work area daily.
• Maintain punctuality and availability for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support Health, Safety, and Environment goals.

Qualifications

Education:
• High School Diploma

Experience:
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Powered Industrial Truck License or willingness to obtain

Skills:
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to perform picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
