Salesforce Application Architect
Location: Los Angeles, CA/ Brea, CA
Expertise: Salesforce application architecture
Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service (FSL), AI, SFDC Platform
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 8 years of extensive experience with Salesforce, including deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ/quoting tools, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFMC, or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge/experience with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
- Expertise in version control and CI/CD implementations using tools like Copado, GitHub, etc., with close monitoring of deployments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations.
