Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 18 months Contract
Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404
Position Summary
• Interfaces with stakeholders and management to manage expectations, provide status updates on projects, and discuss concerns.
• Accountable for ensuring resolution of concerns and issues.
• Develops project budgets for budget request purposes, leveraging team resources.
• Develops proposed approaches to address business problems (e.g., build vs. buy), leveraging team input.
Responsibilities
• Interface with stakeholders and management to manage expectations, provide project status updates, and address concerns.
• Ensure resolution of project concerns and issues.
• Develop project budgets for budget request purposes, leveraging team input.
• Develop proposed approaches to address business problems such as build vs. buy decisions.
• Participate in or lead the development of RFP/RFI processes.
• Develop project plans and manage resources, schedules, and budgets to meet deliverables.
• Maintain all reporting requirements as needed.
• Actively manage project execution, including assigning work to project staff, managing project scope and finances, and ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Ensure all deliverables and commitments are met and projects remain compliant with relevant standards and methodologies.
• Lead basic project risk management activities.
