Role Title: Pega Senior Developer
Location: Plano, TX
We are looking for a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) — certification must have been completed before 2017, with 5 years of experience in Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Certification: Must be a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA), completed before 2017.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x development.
Role Description & Skills:
- Design, develop, and test applications using Pega PRPC 8.X and DX API V2 (headless implementation – integration of Pega with Angular applications).
- Follow established coding standards and best practices during design and development. Contribute to improving standards through continuous feedback.
- Utilize design patterns that align with Enterprise security policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Lead System Architects, Technical Analysts, and Integration Testing teams to ensure developed code meets functional, technical, and security requirements.
- Work closely with offshore development teams to conduct design reviews, code reviews, and unit test reviews.
- Serve as a technical mentor for junior team members.
- Integrate onshore and offshore code leveraging DevOps pipelines.
- Develop and document business and technical processes in collaboration with business teams, development teams, and IT support.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality code.
- Maintain and enhance proficiency in systems, tools, and processes essential for application development and maintenance.
- Develop expertise in the business processes that drive the supported applications.
