Job Description:
Client is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Reactive Programming. This is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC, ideal for independent developers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using Core Java (11/17) and J2EE.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Build and optimize microservices using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
- Utilize Hibernate for efficient database operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
- Conduct performance monitoring, testing, and feature integration.
- Document data flows and system interactions.
- Represent the team in cross-project meetings and perform POCs.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Java 11 or Java 17.
- 5 years of experience with Angular 11 .
- Strong expertise in Java Reactive Programming and Spring WebFlux.
- Experience in REST API and Microservices development.
- Familiarity with SOAP, XML, and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, Agile methodologies.
- Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Angular 13–16.
- Bonus: Experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
