Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Days (Rotating Weekends)

Overview

Join the ICU team at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, a 221-bed acute care facility and Level II Trauma Center. We're looking for a compassionate, experienced ICU RN to deliver high-quality, critical care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Shift differentials: $1.50 weekends
  
  

Sign-On Bonus

• $15,000 for Day Shift
• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case)
  
  

Salary Range

$33.23 $48.57/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and frequent assessments for ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs and respond to life-threatening conditions
• Educate patients and support families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  
  

Requirements

• 1 year ICU RN experience (acute care)
• Florida or compact RN license
• ACLS (within 6 months), BLS (within 30 days), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days)
• PALS (within 6 months)
• ADN required; BSN preferred

• 16-bed ICU
